Apple Juice
The New England Patriots signed former New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow and expect him to be in the team’s mandatory minicamp tomorrow, reports ESPN.com. Tebow was released by the Jets in April after spending one only uneventful season with team. Before that he was with the Denver Broncos for two seasons and led the team to an AFC West division title and a playoff victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Tebow, who was drafted in the first round by the Broncos in 2010, will likely try to just make the roster in New England as he will fight for playing time behind Tom Brady and his backup Ryan Mallett. goalie13
Did not see that one coming. I was starting to think he was going to wind up in the CFL.

TheRussianRocket.
Yeaaaaa, Patriots all the way! Lifelong fan, BB and TB are the best coach-QB duo ever, and only they could sign Tebow. Love Tebow, really don't know why people hate him so much, yea he's not the best QB but he sure damn knows how to win games and is effective in those situations. ...Honestly, if the Pats don't cut Tebow after minicamp, Tim should thank the Pats for getting him cause they're the only team that knows how to handle the media and will be able to revive his career. Apple Juice
If Tebow makes the team, I'm expecting him to be slotted into the lineup for short yardage conversions or have him line up beside Brady and confuse the defence on who will be getting the ball. Bang Bang Boogie
If anyone can make use of Tim Tebow, it's Bill Belichick. Maybe Timmy can learn a thing or two about being a QB from Brady.
MJDDawg
Holy crap! With Tebow's athleticism and Belichick/Brady designing the schemes...watch out! Should be some fun viewing.
Apple Juice
And if the Patriots want any production it will snap to Brady 100% of the time
RonMexico
This is the best place for Tebow; The Hoodie knows how to get the most out of his players.

Baka
Yeah, that's what teams are expecting.. What they can't predict is the ball snapping to Tebow and him either running it or actually throwing it. If anyone can mask a play and utilize a player to his full potential, or most of it anyways, it's Belichick.
MJDDawg
Yep. I easily see Tebow playing everywhere. From QB in wildcat to TE to WR to RB....heck, he'll probably play CB too when the undoubtful injuries kick in. Going to be cool seeing what happens...just hoping it doesn't turn into an Ochocinco situation where the guy isn't given a chance at all
TheRussianRocket.
I am hesitant to have faith even in the Patriots on working this because to utilize Tebow's abilities really takes the ball away from Brady and you have to question how a high powered offense benefits from taking the ball out of the best players hands for more than a handful of plays in the year. TheRussianRocket.
^ +1 Love your profile pic too....Tebow's awesome, love the guy. He's done nothing wrong and gets crapped on by everyone for no reason at all. Guys a pure competitor and finds ways to win when it matters; who cares if you suck. If you have a winning mentality and one to never give up, that's all that matters and its proven with that video uptop. Still remember Tebowmania that year...was magical. Welcome aboard Tim; Pats nation awaits you with open arms!

CanucksSayEh
Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh feels dirty not hating every single Patriot now. Not exactly surprising though, NE was always a front runner in my mind. Still wish Steelers grabbed him, Ben seems to get hurt a lot these days and TT fits their style well.
