viking mama
What a season it's been for Burr so far! In 2011 he had horse-shoes up his butt & we hailed him as Mr. Clutch. How the pendulum has swung! Now, he's snake-bit & double-jinxed by the injury bug. What's freakin' next?! Oops...I take it back - I don't wanna know. Tom Sestito
Jaw surgery would be a pretty pathetic way to miss a season. Remember the days when hockey players actually looked like hockey players? Now they're all Bieber-ized trying to look sexy for the camera

Twilight Sparkle
criticize the guy all you want for not scoring or his -7 or whatever it is, isn't looking at what he really does for this team, and isn't offering any substance at all and is just looking to be "witty" this is a pretty tough loss
Raoul Duke
As stated earlier, gonna be tough replacing his zero goals.
King Heffy
nobody plays with a broken jaw genius they sit out so it heals if they go out and play hockey they run the risk of making it worse this comment really takes the cake for one of the stupidest comments ever on CDC Just shows how much heart Burr has that he came back. viking mama
11:30 PM at night...is a strange time for this broken-jaw story to surface, you say?! Not with this Canucks' medical staff on the task. Burr's been dealing with it for a day or so...guess he finally complained enough to get it looked at proper...instead of this medical crew being on it pronto after the puck actually struck him. But - that's been their way. Only surprised that Burr didn't gut out a few games first....like Kes did on a broken foot last year - before he finally got it addressed by the same geniuses. Maybe the word's finally out there....that ya need to be pretty squeeky in order to get some decent medical care on this team! Just takin' a flyer on that. But - tell me that I'm wrong?
