[OFFICIAL] Canucks Injury Thread

Yes, because losing Sheldon Souray for the season, for 70 games so far is exactly equivalent to 70 games of Henrik, Daniel, Burrows, Kesler, etc.

And as soon as those injured players return to the lineup, the games played are of the same value as any other. They are good as new, as if they hadn't missed a beat...fishbowl and all.

It doesn't even matter that the Ducks knew that Souray would probably be out for the whole season before it even started, and made sure they had an adequate replacement to fill his role. An injury is an injury is an injury.

...Yup.

So you're saying it's an excuse...

Injuries are still no excuse, the Ducks have lost more man games this year than the Canucks...(289 - 264)...

Umm, yeah, actually injuries can be a pretty damn good excuse. Deal with it. Anaheim? Losing plugs isn't the same as losing top line players. Have the Ducks lost Getzlaf and Perry for a significant amount of time?

No but the Penguins have lost both Crosby and Malkin at different times for significant times and still made the playoffs.

So ummmm yeah what?

Point is, the Canucks just don't have enough elite players nor depth to carry them.

Nope.

Why do you just keep posting for the sole reason of bothering people? You may be one of the biggest trolls on the board. If you have an opinion post it if you don't then don't. 3/4's of your posts are slamming others for there opinions without any counter argument.
