Bissurnette Posted January 14, 2016 Share Posted January 14, 2016 I'm really hoping Lucic joins the Canucks and I think there's a good chance that might happen with the Kopitar deal. As long as his contract does not exceed 6mil and 6 years I'm ok with it. As for the rest of the UFAs I don't really care except for Stamkos and I know he won't be joining the Canucks, so no need to hold out hope. I would give it to him. We roll with Edler Byflugien Hutton Tanev with our 2016 draft pick and Subban coming in to take bottom pairing and phase edler and byflugien out. I've always been a fan of big buff. Very versitile, and honestly, one of the most unique players in the league. He brings a skillset that nobody else has. Zero chance, even if we offer the max dollars and terms. Toronto will undoubtedly match that, and Stamkos is choosing Toronto over Vancouver 99.9% of the time.
