-DLC- Posted March 15, 2023 Share Posted March 15, 2023 This one's tough...my brother is David. Went through an awful decade or so of being totally addicted and on a downward spiral. Gave up hunting, fishing, golfing, art, and friends. Was so lost. I've told the story before of going to "back up" my Dad (without him knowing). He was going to pay off my brother's debt to his dealer in a back alley in Steveston. Burned through half a million dollars looking after him (and me when my ex and I split and I had 2 young babies to care for...took a few months to get on my feet and a good job). Was a real struggle for awhile. I'm so proud of David...he's been clean and sober 15 years now. He's back. Hunting brant (whatever tf they are?) this weekend. Fishing non stop, hunting and golfing every spare minute. Helping run a company. All is as it should be. This song still makes me cry though. This one's for you, bro. Love you. 1 1 Link to comment

RUPERTKBD Posted April 5, 2023 Share Posted April 5, 2023 (edited) These guys qualify as Canadian in my books, since the Lead Singer/Lead Guitarist/Main Songwriter is from Toronto.....I thought I was familiar with all of Big Wreck's stuff, but came across this song the other day.....
