I think it would become a great tradition, and a great way to kick off the season. They could do Toronto vs Montreal, Chicago vs Detroit and NY Rangers vs Boston, or maybe Montreal vs Boston, Toronto vs Detroit and NY Rangers vs Chicago. As a Canes fan I don't disagree - seeing the Original Six start the season would be kinda cool. However, Canes and BJs will be an interesting matchup as both teams have something to prove this year (and my buddy who is massive Columbus fan dislikes me calling them the BJs.....)
