Hurts giving up a high 2nd rounder next year but we feel more confident in our ability to identify talent in the top of this year's class. We could be convinced to move our newly acquired 1st but it would require something of significance to do it. NJ's 2021 and 2022 1st(s) will not be made available under any normal circumstance. Hopefully we see some of these series' extended so not all of them end in 5, but in the case that all do, that means our Entry Draft thread may be posted as early as Wednesday. Also, mentioned this on Discord as well, but if teams could notify me of their decision of who they are using their compliance buyout on, that would be well appreciated. While Robertson’s focus may have shifted from draft boosting production, the raw skills that make him a good NHL prospect remain on a healthy trajectory.
