A few years back I had an awesome rep. Then I went through a rapid succession of reps that were mediocre, or came and went before I even had any contact beyond the "Hi I'm your new rep" email. Then during the pandemic I had no rep. At the beginning of this season I was assigned a new rep who gets back to me at lightning speed. I've never requested a new rep so I don't know how that works. I have just recently, never heard back any reponse. My rep enjoyed the sound of her own voice and you never get to your question, frustrating. Talking to one of the Orca Bay staffthey told me the game is scheduled as a 7-58pm start, which in my books is pretty late, especally for folks that have to catch transport or have a baby sitter etc. But sure enough the game strted at 7-58. Makes sense. Ya, I never gave the 'why' much thought but you are probably right. These boards are affiliated with the Canucks and NHL.com.
