It's a 'syndrome' in nursing school. A bunch of us all self-diagnosed ourselves as having Acanthocheilonemiasis.... only to realize that none of us had been anywhere tropical!

It was a tough 3 years between that bout of Acanthocheilonemiasis and recurring diabetes!

Now lock the bastard up for FIVE CONSECUTIVE life sentences so he never sees outside the walls of a cell again during his lifetime.

I saw that smarmy face pop up on my tv and went "Nope, ain't happening. It will NEVER happen. Now get the &^@# off of my TV as I hit mute and changed the channel". If ever they wanted to turn off an entire slew of people here in in BC.....

Definitely on Team Smith for this. Taking cracks at someone's medical condition for the sake of a bad joke is disgusting and if you're going to do so, these are the possible consequences of your actions. Chris Rock was NOT funny and got exactly what he deserved. Chris Rock has repeatedly taken shots at the Smiths and gotten away with it. But ya know, there's always one too many and when you use the biggest stage to take a shot at someone's wife, well...you get exactly what you deserve. There's a limit...and Chris Rock crossed the line one too many times. The fact that Rock is declining to press charges tells you that he knows he crossed the line big time.

Dosages and Solutions in Nursing School. You required 93% to pass...

First go - 91% - Fail
Second go - 92% - Fail
Third and final attempt or out of Nursing School regardless of standing in other areas- 93% - Pass

The 91% first time fail was the highest I'd ever scored in anything to do with Math...but how do you celebrate a 'Fail'?

I am never, EVER, as long as I live, going to understand the sheer ignorance of the anti-vaxxers, anti-maskers and conspiracy theorists. I have never said WTF as many times as I have these past two years...and to see this happening here, in BC...way too close to where I live in the Northern Health Region... is turning me into someone with absolutely no tolerance for this behavior..BRAVO for the RCMP officer's response...it was perfectly said... I see what's happening up here because of anti-maskers and anti-vaxxers and I want to round them all up and lock them away on some remote island with no medical care and let them out-covid each other.

Looking at my newborn baby sister in her crib at the end of the bed at my Grandmother's house in Vancouver... She was 6 weeks old and I was only 19 months older... so 20 1/2 months old...I may be part elephant!

I still have 3 of my 4 wisdom teeth and only had the 4th pulled (via forceps) this past year because the idea of grinding it down each time my teeth moved was more obnoxious!

Apparently I'm one of those few people who actually chewed using my wisdom teeth.... I mean, doesn't EVERYONE?

Beautiful shoes of the high heel variety.... watching 90 Day Fiance in the back, in the corner in the dark with all the curtains closed......Coronation Street......snake shows on nature channels (I absolutely HATE snakes)...... and mocha on Sundays 'cause Sunday carbs don't count as they is the Lord's carbs and He wants me to be happy!

Ate Butter Chicken for breakfast, organized and packed Evac bins, found an oil painting I didn't know I had, tried to figure out WHERE and HOW this oil painting ended up in my house.... wrote a letter to my love...contemplated my navel...and checked the fire evacuation orders in the province and the location of new fires.

Oh Deb, I'm so sorry to hear this....what pain he must have been in and yet no complaints. Did any of his doctors not think to take an x-ray to see what was going on in that leg...especially because that is a hip replacement leg? My heart hurts for both of you as so much quality pain-free time has been missed... Sending love and hugs from afar and wishing your Dad as speedy a recovery as possible! <3
