Boudrias
Hopefully Kenins can bring a physical game. Canucks have little to no physical game especially with Dorsett and Richardson out. I guess they decided "that wasn't who they are".

elvis15
Eric MacKenzie @EricMacKenzie · 1h Corrado on Kenins: "Very hard-working, flies around the ice, finishes every check, brings a lot of sandpaper... but highly skilled" #Canucks Horvat skated with Kenins a little in preseason and in Utica this year: "He's got tremendous offensive skill... pretty thick kid." #Canucks Willie D said he liked Kenins in camp and they want to see where he's at, much like they did with Corrado
aGENT
I've got my fingers crossed that he's going to be one of those "surprise" players that gets called up and their game just translates to the NHL. If he can work his tail off every shift he's got a good chance of sticking IMO.

Guest Dasein
Very interesting call up! From the way people were reading into the comments made by JB I also thought that Jensen would get a look before the deadline and that these injuries presented the opportunity to see what he can do. I haven't see Kenins play other than during the Olympics. Knowing the way our call ups have been decided this year, Kenins must have worked his tail off in the AHL and got the nod from Green. Excited to see what he brings.
people please
Marc Crawford said some pretty good things about him and I think that was a big reason why gilly signed him.
S N Y P E R S 7
He's going to be a lightning rod for a team that can't get anything started. He'll bring energy and a faster pace to a game that couldn't get any slower for the Canucks.
Horvat
From the (admittedly limited) play I've seen, he basically looks like a younger, feistier Hansen. Between him and Santorelli as options I'm expecting Hansen to be traded. i like you...

UticaHockey
Kenins is a good choice to replace Dorsett while he is out. Either he or Friesen would be very good choices for that role. Both play a gritty hard on the puck forechecking game.

Derp...
He wants to impress his old coach just as much as he is excited to play in the NHL. I think he will have a great game tonight. Don't know how long he can sustain it, but if he wants to prove himself he's got the chance
Feeny
Just watched the first video on this thread, followed by this one. Funny to see Joey Kenward have the exact same interview with Kenins almost 2 years apart. Same questions, same answers.

Ronalds.Kenins41
He was part of three solid scoring chances which I was not expecting. And as another poster pointed out, he was missing his passes from Horvat and kassian because he was skating so much faster then them. Also layed some solid hits. This guy has great potential. Hope the line of Kenins-Horvat-Kassian sticks together until dorsett and richardson return.
