Kaner
With the season almost underway, Montreal is looking to make some last minute deals. As know, they are trying to move ROR, and are willing to retain up to 30% on his contract, but some sources say that Seth Jones could also be packaged with him to get a top 6 LW, and 4th line centre. PM SwedeHockey ASAP if interested.
thejazz97
ARZ needs to lose a mil in cap space. The only ones we will reject all trades for are Lindholm, Reinhart, Klingberg, Streit, our goalies, and the picks which were originally ours. Mike Vanderhoek
FA Signings Philadelphia Flyers : Vojtech Mozik: 2 Years, $800,000 Per Fredrik Bergvik: 3 Years, $800,000 Per Adam Wilcox: 3 Years, $750,000 Per Philadelphia is very excited to come to terms with these three individuals. Vojtech Mozik we feel has an outside chance of making the Flyers this season out of training Camp and is an under the radar offensively gifted defenseman we are very happy to watch develop in our system. Fredrik Bergvik has all the makings of a solid NHL goaltender, his hard work and never give up attitude will go a long way and we see him as someone who could one day challenge for a starter's role. Adam Wilcox, perhaps another under the radar signing, we see him as one of the best goaltenders to come out of college, not one to get as much media excitement as say a Matt O'Connor or Zane McIntyre but that's fine with us, we feel we have unearthed a gem in this young man. Mike Vanderhoek
TRADE To Philidelphia : Jonathan Quick, Peter Cehlarik, Beau Bennett To Buffalo : Melker Karlsson, Simon Despres, Steve Mason, PHI 2016 2nd Round Pick The Flyers are very excited to welcome Jonathan Quick, Beau Bennett, and Peter Cehlarik to the organization, we thank Steve Mason, Melker Karlsson, Simon Despres for their time and professionalism as a Flyers member. It was a pleasure dealing with GM Horvat even when making such difficult decisions and we wish the Sabres all the best with their new players moving forward. Jonathan Quick, well when you have the opportunity to add a quality individual, an elite athlete you don't play games and you get to work and make it happen! Jonathan is a two time Stanley Cup winner, a Conn Smythe winner, a William M Jennings winner, an NHL allstar, and Olympic Silver medalist, this man is a Champion. What better person to represent Philadelphia and lead our club from the net out. We are thrilled to add Mr Quick, we are very lucky and this move means the Flyers mean business. Beau Bennett has seen his struggles, but this is a make or break year for him and we believe the quality and character of Beau will shine through, we predict a solid season from the young offensive winger and hope it is one of many to come with the Flyers. Peter Cehlarik, this is a player i've eyed since being hired on as Flyers GM. He brings size, skill and a scoring touch to his game, when ready to make the jump to pro we will be there to support Peter in his development and we foresee a bright future ahead in the NHL. Drewismyname
Rule Addendum: When a player that has been placed on the IR becomes healthy (no red flag beside name in fantrax), the GM has two days remove them from the IR. If two days have elapsed and the player is still on the IR after he is deemed healthy, their lineup is illegal and no points will be collected until the player is moved. Remember, all roster transactions must be executed before 12PM PST. While the rule is two days, GMs are urged, in the spirit of fair play, to move the player as soon as they are healthy.
