    I just signed up for the Grouse Grind Challenge. August 1st, since being the start of a new month, I am going to start training, eating healthier, and going to bed earlier, as well as being more balanced.

    I'm hoping to get back on track. I've had some changes in my life. I would like to lose 10 pounds and be healthier. August 1st is my start of getting back on track. I plan to eat healthier, balance myself, and exercise.

      Thanks Everyone for the input! I will be at Grouse Mountain on Saturday, and will look at the mountain first. There is another way to get up the mountain.. and will have a drink afterwards.

      Game 6 Vancouver vs. Boston in the Stanley Cup finals and Linden Vey scored the game winner and the Canucks win the cup on the 100th anniversary of Vancouver winning it's first cup.
