    Confessions - I shop entirely way too much at the Gap, and I love it when they send me percentage off coupons. I am really starting to like East Coast Hockey teams like the Flyers and the Capitals, but the Canucks will always be my #1. I am afraid to death of shoes that have no traction. Years ago I bought these pricey flats, and worn them for the first time while it was raining out. I fell so many times, and got bruises all over.

    I am trying to get healthy. I spent the whole Summer eating out and drinking wine. This Morning I went to the park, walked up the water tower, and enjoyed nature. It's pretty calming. Trying to get back to stuff like that, to be more balanced. Taking it easy, not to overdo myself, be healthy, eat healthy.

    I have to confess, it's a silly confession - I have really been liking pop tarts for the last couple of weeks, and I get them out of the vending machine at work for 0.75 cents. I will eat them for Lunch and sometimes for Breakfast, and on my way to the park.

    I tend to have wine when eating at restaurants and at home. When drinking at restaurants, I tend to go shopping afterwards. Wherever I am in Seattle, I go to Nordstrom. Vancouver - Holt Renfrew. Last time, I bought my niece a new outfit at Nordstrom and got a Nordstrom debit card - where they take money from your bank account. A week later, I got the card in the mail, and I am like - what the heck is this, and they spelled by name wrong. Another time, I really could not decide if I needed a new Marc by Marc Jacobs purse. After having a few drinks, my mind was made up.
