@48MPHSlapShot No doubt. If the Leafs had've fallen 3 spots they could have Puljujarvi instead. How'd the Shanaplan look then? Who knows if Tavares would've signed and Marner would be getting swatted away by the other teams #1 defenseman every night.

Off topic but those two with Rob Blake and Adam Foote on the Blue line with Roy in net is just ridiculous to think about how they managed that

I was super super dissapointed with his play 5-8 games into this season, it seemed like he had somehow gotten worse. Very glad to see he flipped the swtich, he's always had the tools but it's nice he's recognizing when to use them

Not his biggest fan but he had a great game last night, now if he could do that every 2 or 3 games instead of every 7/8 that would be good progress for the season

Ehh, he looks more and more like Mason Raymond when I watch him

He's got 2 non empty net points in 12 games and looks pretty much the same as always, except for extra PP time this season.
