      Well, you can "access" the site as it was when you saved it, yeah. Assuming we're talking about the same thing.

      Hypothetically speaking, there's a webpage with a couple of links on it. I archived it and saved it to my desktop. Now, say next week, this webpage is deleted and doesn't exist anymore, I want to be able to open the webpage from my desktop where I saved it and still be able to click on those links
