      The rich get the good land and can afford to move. The poor lose everything including their lives from flooding, and disaster.

      Most argiculture land is near or in a flood plain, as such global warming will lead to food shortages and increased price. The rich can afford to pay more the poor will go hungry. Also many poor areas in developing nations are near flood plains. If this is for a paper it sounds like a good topic but do some research instead of asking people on CDC.
