My nephew has questions about Hockey Talks, he's doing an assignment on it. I couldn't find the answer for a few questions, I was wondering if someone here could help us out?

@BoKnows Sorry for the extremely late reply. Yeah so the my nephew is doing an assignment on Hockey Talks campaign and he needs to know who these three things:
1) Who is funding the campaign?
2) Who is the spokesperson/public representative?
3) Who started it?
4) Who is involved with the campaign?
None of us could find the answer for #1 and #2. The rest of the answers are pretty much the Vancouver Canucks, Bieksa, various teams in the NHL right?
