    Evander Kane certainly a popular guy apparently.

      I can say with some sense of assurance that there is a 50% chance that Kane will sign in Vancouver.

      How does someone like Kane mesh with the Sedin's legacy and Horvats/Boesers humility?

      @Type RI'd trade the Sedin legacy for a Cup any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

       

      However, if Kane was an impediment to the youngsters, he'd need to be traded.  That's why I've said before that the most term that I'd sign him to is 4 years.  That gobbles up the rest of his prime years and if he needed to be traded for any reason after a couple of seasons, whoever takes him wouldn't have to make a large commitment.

       

      The trick with Kane is to getting him to sign a less than favourable contract.
