It's the Playoffs history with the Hawks from 2009 to 2011, how that series being turned around in the Hawks favor, how momentum shifted to the Hawks at the late stages of Game 7...
It's gotta be Burrows' goal against the Hawks in 2011.
When your star player said he wants to be with a winning team, and we still have a GM whose team only qualified for the Playoffs twice in his 7-year tenure, and a coach whose strategy is not to lose...I am not surprised if Patty (or Hughes) sign a bridge deal and see how things develop in the next few years.
Wow, a jealous Leaf fan rant!
Yes, the NHL Playoffs doesn’t mean much, so that’s why your Leafs blew a 3-1 series lead, and decided not to win a round since lords-know-when!
I hope this is the beginning of the darkest day for those Golden Knights.
BTW, I don’t think Vegas would have thought that the Suzuki trade would backfire that early.
Daniel: Jim, what did you write? Hey Hank, come over here and see what Jim wrote.
Hank: (look at the notepad, pick it up and throw it away) Listen Jim, we gotta do this the right way, ok?
I think the second-round Avs are back - unstoppable in the first round, vulnerable in the second round.
This is how the best-of-3 will go down:
Game 5 - Vegas
Game 6 - Avs
Game 7 - Vegas
For Jim Benning, an aggressing offseason means signing another bottom-6 with a 6X6.
I do not believe for a second that Benning will get creative and improve the team.
Avs are the strange team. Every year they look so promising in the first round but then become a different team in the second round. I sure hope this is their year too because they are fun to watch.
