True. No matter how good you are at drafting, if you trade away alot of your picks your odds go way down no matter how good you are at it.

Being good at drafting doesn't mean your player in the top 10 works out. It means you found gems in the lower rounds.

My suspicious is that our management team is the type to try to maximize value On players they would like to trade and end up with no trade. I'm talking about Alvin.

Getting rid of garland and boeser even for free will not set us back on the ice but will help us tremendously in other ways. Can they be traded. Even for a 7th round pick?

The thing is you don't need a bad plus minus to see a player is primarily not good. You just need to watch.

We should be selling Boeser, garland. We can win without them and it would be nice to get some pics and free up cap.
