Is that three concussions now in the last year and a half, or two?  

I think he should pack it in and get on with his life and be as healthy as he can be from this point on!!

@VancouverHabitant  Ferland has only sustained one concussion with his first year with Vancouver which was from the fight with Kyle Clifford.  The absence in February after playing in a few shifts in Utica and again against Minnesota were Post Concussion symptoms (mainly dealing with issues tracking fast movement).  I don't think its the concussion itself, its the symptoms that keep showing up. 

But yes it would be his second recorded concussion in 2 years.  He sustained another one in the playoffs with Carolina last summer.
