Bringing in a coach mid-season is probably tricky during regular seasons, this season has been anything but. Border quarantines, Covid precautions, if anything it's probably harder to do this season. I'll be surprised if any team fires a head coach this season in the near future, if only for that reason. I expect any firings will take place closer to the end of the season in order to get a jump on guys who don't have coaching gigs right now. 

Easier to let the season play out, let deals expire, and bring in a new coaching staff. Until then, we'll likely continue to see more of the same. 

Yes, I agree. Green and company have only this season to prove themselves. No excuses about roster. The fact that Green is no better than WD is mindboggling, considering how bad WD's rosters have been, minus his first year.
