It's wierd that the all time Canucks winningest goalie in all statistical categories would most likely retire and be remembered as a Panther considering the years he had there compared to here.

The US has been supporting terrible regimes for a decades. Look at what's happening in the desert. What some of you think as a terrible regime, others just think it's a different way of life. I am of Chinese decent and I am no threat to you. Aside from jabbing at each other through this board, I would mean you no harm. Most of the people here just want to worry about everyday life. The Chinese government has stated over and over again that it does not seek hegemony, just looking to protect it's own lands. At the end of the day, you cab sit there and believe as much sensationalized news as you want but if you really look at it, it is the States who are making the enemies because that's what every nation does to the number two nation ever since time.

I actually hope Woo goes to Europe and play with adults next year, give him to Sami Salo for a year and develop his slapper..

Next year Hughes and Juolevi are going to be expected to make the jump or at least push for an NHL spot. With Woo marinating an extra year, the Canucks are better off to focus on the two rookie defenders. Sticking Woo into the mix would be too excessive.

Coming off a concussion, he isn't going to get much.

Woo is eligible to play for Utica this year like Lind did last year right?

I like those lines but I would prefer Gaudette going down to Utica for first or second line center minutes. Sutter has two more years left on his contract with a modified no trade clause. That means Guadette could start training to get into 3rd/4th line center position.

After seeing that line scrimmage in the Tampa game after Brock headlocking that guy, I want to see some sandpaper on that line so Brock and Petey don't have to get too dirty. It was good of Hutton for stepping in cause the other winger wasn't going to do anything.

I would try these lines. Baer-Horvat-Goldobin Roussel-Pettersson-Boeser Eriksson-Sutter-Virtanen Leivo-Beagle-Granlund

So you have Kane, Teows, Seabrook, and Keith but you still need to tank to get Hughes? You guys are where we were after our Tortorella year. Too stubborn, too stale and too strapped to do anything until your core leaves and with thier contracts, you guys will be running on fumes for a while.

Hughes is better at Tram at many things but keeping opposing teams honest is not one of them. Plus Tram isn't really worth much now.
