shadowscyne
Wolski did sign Pat Leonard @NYDNRangers Former #NYR winger Wojtek Wolski has signed a one-yr deal w the Washington #Caps. Under a mill on the salary
Jägermeister
He's not a legit source, I'd wait for others to post it before I believe anything he says. Not a bad signing for the Caps.
TOMapleLaughs
Sounds like fairly decent guesses.
Fanuck
Wolski = massive talent but no consistency and underachieves - sounds exactly like the Caps as a team.
Ossi Vaananen
Wolski's good in the shootout but beyond that not much there. Sounds like a reasonable deal for Vlasic, source not yet valid.
TOMapleLaughs
Wolski certainly picked the right team to try a floating resurgency project in. What's disturbing about Wolski is that he scored just 4 goals in 22 Florida games despite getting some of their cushiest icetime available. In Washington he'll have either Ribs or Backstrom to play with though. Options. It's up to him though if he's 'back' or not.
Dion Phaneuf
Legit "source" ? LMAO.
TOMapleLaughs
HF is running with 'Wolski to Caps' confirmed. Not because of HockeyInsiderr, but those other guys. HockeyInsiderr must be keeping good track of all the other tweeters. Life of a tweeting pseudo-insider.
Spoosh
Nice pricetag. If he can pull it together.
nd84
A bargain for Wolski at only 600K. Can see him still getting around 40 or even 50 points.

DeNiro
I'm surprised Wolski was signed before Mueller. Both have their injury problems, but Mueller has way more upside IMO. I hope he's not thinking of calling it a career. Would love to see him on the Canucks third line.
Canucksbiggestfan
Wolski at 600k is really, really good deal. Hopefully this means that Mueller could be had for around 800-900k, which I hope MG is looking at doing.
kloubek
It's an amazing deal. I find it hard to believe he couldn't have got double that elsewhere.
y0shi
Vlasic is 5 years worth 21 million total. 4.2 per season. Very good signing, definitely gave the Sharks a discount here.
UFCanuck
Wolski's career took a nose dive. Funny same with Chris Stewart this year. Both guys had great seasons with Colorado. Next season traded and had great finish with new teams. Then all of a sudden they lost it. The Avs are employing some highly effective psychic's. k_man08
If we were going to do anything related to a moneyball signing this off season he would have been my guy
DownUndaCanuck
600K is dirt cheap for a guy that I feel could explode at any time. He's got plenty of skill, just needs to put it together but if he does 600K is a steal.
Teksys
600k is a steal! Can't believe he didn't get more.
HockeyHobo73
Low risk signing by the Caps... Wouldn't mind having him here for that kind of money
