Argon
you can't have cake and eat it too uh, yes I will. that's why I have cake. unless its fruitcake, then ill throw it at blueberries and yell cursewords at the cake gods above rather emphatically Link to comment
-AJ-
I always hate it when people say "I could care less!", because usually when they say that, they don't care very much, so it doesn't make much sense to say you could care any less than you already do. It makes much more sense to say "I couldn't care less". Link to comment

Argon
but if you eat your cake, you no longer have it. that's the reason behind the saying. the original proverb is you can't eat your cake, and possess it too. Link to comment

ChuckNORRIS4Cup
You mean '6 of one, a half-dozen of the other'? That glass isn't symmetrical from top to bottom, therefore if is neither half empty nor half full. It is less than half full and more than half empty. Link to comment
73 Percent
Same difference No differences are different that's why they call them different. And I could care less this is said when people don't care about something. But in saying that you could care less means that you care to some extent. So the correct saying is you couldn't care less (than you already do right now) Link to comment
