Ossi Vaananen
Well I'm not a fan of the 3 minutes for our entire 4th line. Penalties didn't help, whatever momentum we had was easily axed by bad calls. To think at some point we had the lead...
nucklehead
I think this is going a bit far. I would settle for two out of three (and no violence please).
Neversummer
will tonight be the night Torts loses it with the post-game media scrum?
-Vintage Canuck-
@ElliottPap Daniel Sedin, Burrows, Hansen and Santorelli combine for zero shots on goal vs SJ. Seven Nux finish at minus-2. #betterteamwon #Canucks
chrisbanks
Sad to see us play SO good in the 1st! I thought we were unbeatable in the first. Then it was just downhill and sloppy. I felt for Luongo, who seemed to bail out the guys over and over again... no one bailed him out when their time came...

Drouin
Sharp, but he is paid to stop the puck when the team can't defend. He failed to do so and was once again under .900. Late goals...again......
PhillipBlunt
Have to say certain players were huge let downs tonight... Kesler, Higgins, Booth, Richardson, Garrison, and Hamhuis. Higgins with bone head plays, Kesler was just nonsense, Booth was doing nothing, Richardson didn't bring any energy, Garrison (even though he scored) took too many penalties, and Hamhuis was just blah. PONCHE
Pros - That first period was something special. Gotta get me a bottle of that - Forecheck was tenacious and caused turnovers - Booth looked pretty good tonight i thought, with and without the puck. Fair bit of banging and crashing, want to see more of that but im really hoping that THIS is what a HEALTHY Booth looks like - HIP CHECKS!!!!! - Bieksa has his angry face swagger back. I approve. A lot. - Luongo looked amazing in the first and solid in the second and third Meh... - Tanev looks like he's gonna buy into this system quite well. As long as he can stay healthy (i have doubts, he gets manhandled a lot) he's gonna be a stud this year again. - Kesler on the PP. Actually, Kesler in general looked kinda "meh" tonight. Good hustle early then just disappeared. - Sedins looked good on the PK. Daniel taking that stinger though brings back to mind that i am terrified one of them will get hurt at some point this season. The REALLY Ugly. - Pinching. Oh my god this was terrible. - Our D. Totally all over the place tonight. (Garrison and Hamhuis stood out in a bad way for me) - We clearly havent learned Torts system adequately enough yet, but that will take time. This just means the first 10-15 games are gonna be..... not nice PS. Oh Yeah, one more thing. Any coach that makes me forget that Sestito is playing makes me very happy. DIBdaQUIB
But according to many on this board, it's the system right?
Silfverberg Snipes
Booth is a bonehead. Every time he ends up with the puck on the side boards he either holds onto it until he loses it or throws a weak blind shot at the net. And our moron of a coach puts him with the Sedin's. Going to be a long year.

Silfverberg Snipes
Booth looked good with the Sedins, I don't know what game you were watching, Every time Booth hit the ice, he got control of the puck.
Dr. Crossbar
LOL, I check the Canucks calendar before I book/buy tickets to anything. Hockey season means I'm mostly unavailable. You learn over time to do that.

D-Money
I was forgetting Stuart too. Add Stuart to that lineup and they're looking like division winners.
