Along with Raspberries and the other eejits who believe what you do. Conspiracies are unlikely because they require ridiculous levels of collusion. What the NHL is being accused of isn't a conspiracy. It's just a few refs and a couple league executives. Not that hard, especially when those same organizations came up with "parity" as a euphemism for twisting the game into a more profitable form at the cost of quality competition. What this team has done for decades is to believe in players and hold onto them til they dry up. 'Well they scored 30 golas so the talent is there" kind of mentality.Tanti, Pederson,Skriko, Smyl, Naslund, all dried up to some amount. They also have to tghink that other players are improving so this can make past scorers appear less effective. Come on, where are the big moves MG? Attacking those who have the brain cells to see it though is really just sad. Okay, lets do this sensibly then. 1) I acknowledged that this was a terrible call. I'm pretty sure everyone could see that it was. 2) Do you watch any other games? There is no league wide conspiracy against Vancouver. The referees are as inconsistent and as incompetent across the entire NHL. Despite what you think other fans have had to put up with some genuinely awful calls. It's not exclusive to us. If you really believe that then prove it. But does it also mean that the NHL will be against, lets say the Rangers, the next time that a few brutal calls are made against them? 3) In every single GDT yourself and SamJam complain about every single call. Even when they're legit you still bring up the conspiracy card. Why? It doesn't help your cause. If there was a poster boy for Canucks Talk you'd be it.
