Welsh and Weise are fairly effective 4th liners in my mind with their speed. Edit: ironically considering they usually play 3 minutes a night. Yeah.. that's a completely different issue. The phantom charging call tonight aside he does get the shaft despite being a serviceable 4th liner when he's moving his feet.
