I see many proposals revolving around trading away vets for picks, but is that necessarily the answer? Now obviously I'm a huge proponent of the 'BIG 10' proposal - AS SEEN HERE This one will surely increase our tactical advantage. Opposing coaches will be so impressed when they see the names on the jerseys of our players coming over the boards and won't know who to match up against them. John and John will love calling the play. When one player makes a mistake, the hatred will be shared amongst teammates, brothers even, and it will help shelter the players from the media. Let's give our coach the tools to exploit every possible advantage. Sacrifices must be made in the name of gamesmanship.
