Longtime Fan Posted December 23, 2015 Share Posted December 23, 2015 A very, very gritty win with a complete team effort. The refereeing was the worst I have seen in quite some time. There is no way any pair of referee's would call a game like that against a 'Home' team - and they didn't. The Oilers are here on the 26th and hopefully the refereeing will be better. The Canucks as a group came up a gutsy effort, especially with all PK time. But with average goaltending the Canucks lose this game. It continues to bother me that the Canucks might play well enough to stay in the playoff race in the very weak Pacific Division and then either just miss the playoffs or get blitzed in the first round.
