Conor represents everything that I strive for in building a successful organization. Conor has worked very hard as an undrafted college player; going against all odds to make his way into the NHL. It is important to me that the Flyers is made up of guys that leave it all on the ice. That is Conor Sheary. Looking forward to a productive four years with Conor. This is just a debut and it will not cause us to alter his development path. Although it does excite us to see a that he is developing nicely.
