Canuck Surfer
7 hours ago, Tigs said: - @Canuck Surfer has signed the following: Andrew Ladd - 4.000 x 2 Years Thomas Schemitsch - 0.900 x 3 Years Nic Dowd - 0.950 x 2 Years Thanks for your work Tigs!!! Assign forward Axel Jonsson-Fjallby & D Alexandre Carrier to make room for Ladd & Dowd please @Patrick Kane (I believe you update docs, sites? and thanks, or thanks whomever does!) Assign Schemitsch to minors for camp please. Very excited to have home town boy Ladd to help support our efforts to get to the post season. Support some of our young players! Figured we would roll the dice with Thomas Schemitsh. Great at Owen Sound! Up & down numbers as a pro, but a compelling bigger athlete who we think will play NHL on his physical skills. I like the work of @Tylez plus the Philly pair of @RL. & @Tony Romo Top winners first day of free agency to my not always appreciated opinion? arby18_
13 hours ago, Tigs said: - @_arby_18 has signed the following: Andy Andreoff - 0.775 x 2 Years Michael Hutchinson - 1.000 x 2 Years Mitch Reinke - 0.925 x 2 Years The Sharks are very pleased to have come to terms with these three players, as they were all on our original draft list. We decided to draft the younger guys, hoping that these guys would last thru free agency. Couldn't be happier with this outcome. We expect Andreoff and Hutchinson to challenge for jobs in camp, and if they earn jobs we may have to send down a waiver-exempt youngster or make a really tough decision. As for Reinke, we think that he'll play a big role with the Barracuda and is a longer-term project, but we look forward to seeing him in camp. @Tigs or others in the league exec: do we need to make decisions about roster placement for free agents right away? Or can we see how training camps play out?
Primal Optimist
FREE AGENCY SIGNINGS - @Primal Optimist has signed the following: Joona Koppanen - 0.910 x 3 Years Ryan Gropp - 0.888 x 2 Years Vincent Praplan - 1.500 x 3 Years Jacob Moverare - 0.750 x 3 Years Justin Bailey - 0.850 x 2 Years We are happy to keep adding to our depth and building our system right from where we left off in the draft...Happy to have these five join us in camp where hard battles will have to be won in order for any player to make the cut. It is healthy competition that will keep our team afloat down the stretch we feel as inevitably injuries may crop up. We need to know who is who in the zoo and who will be our emergency callups this year. As camp gets into full gear watch for some roster assignemnts! maybe as many as 4 more to hope we sign as week two of Free Agency begins!

Dillon we expect to see full time as well, so he will be a good stop gap for the younger dmen. Luff amd Rasanen are 2 good young prospects added to he fray as well. We are young already so why not get younger
Primal Optimist
Heatherington was one that you got that I was all set to offer on in wave two, imo for where you got him that is a steal, and of course Boychuk too lol. Rathgeb, fyi, @Patrick Kane was also going to get a letter from my lawyer to his agent in round two, haha. In all four guys 'stolen' from me, rofl...can't wait to see how all these guys play out in our new league!

Relyt Krets
IR: Columbus places Victor Rask on IR. This hurts, really not how we had hoped to start he season. We hope Victor has a speedy recovery, but sounds like he will be out long term. With this we will have to figure out internally how to replace him. We hope someone will be able to step up in his absence. If anyone has some extra Centers out there, willing to talk trade
