I don't support corporate "welfare" but putting this in context we are talking a $22 trillion economy. Isn't this "welfare" in the form of tax credits for directed investment? Does the discussion come down to tax credits directed by corporations or retaining that money and having government direct that spending? If we do away with corporate "welfare" and force balanced budgets I am all for it. What is happening is the politicians are leveraging taxation by spending more than they can ever repay. It devalues the income of their citizens which is another indirect tax. Neither the GOP or the Demos can repay the debt they have wracked up. Buttigieg's father headed the Gransci Movement which was a placing of communist into education and media so as to influence opinion. Capitalism has not met this challenge and will likely fade away as a result. Free enterprise historically has operated within the democratic process much better than communism. It was a Memorial Day parade and besides regular parade there was a klan parade as well. Klansmen fought against police and onlookers/protesters. Trump was arrested and released without any charges, the other 6 people self identified as klansmen and were charged. It does not say that he was marching in kkk parade or if he was just there for Memorial Day parade. Since parade was held in Jamaica and he lived in Jamaica it’s possible. About all they'd have on him is "stop and frisk", which looks pretty weak when compared with images of kids in cages and video of Trump calling White Supremacists "very fine people" in Charlottesville. And you know MB will spend the money to remind voters of all of president Dotard's many mistakes during the past three years. He can literally spends billions on advertising and I'm betting he will.
