At a quick glance, I'm not sold on Nazzy being scum. He joined the Qwags wagon immediately and didn't waver from it, which a scummate is very unlikely to do considering the clock was ticking down at that point. It's not an outright clear, but it's not where I'd look first.

 

Along similar lines, Lucky and Kurisu look good for bolstering the Qwags wagon out of nowhere too.
