I really want to know who started the Alliances. and chose who is in there alliance first. 

 

I would believe anyone who was chosen first in these parties to be TP.  (My opinion)

That person who PM’d you could be coached right now but others. They could be testing you or they could be special hunting/testing a TP and by gauging their thoughts and assessing their threat level to a mafia team. I don’t think anyone lying about being a sheriff would go rogue as mafia as that seems too bold. They could be going rogue as TP though and testing you.
