Great to see Jacob Markstrom protect Oliver Kylington from the scrum after he went hard into the boards.

I always shake my head at the players that decide to fight right over top of a downed player.

Like use your heads! If you’re gonna go after them pull them out to center don’t do it right on top of a guy and risk stomping him…

Hurricanes PP is  just unbelievable. This ultra - fast passing on the PP makes a real different. This team is damn good. Watched the whole game against the Penguins last Sunday and now the game today against the Oilers. PK is also outstanding. This team is a dark horse for winning the Stanley Cup.

Oil lose, but they actually gave the Canes more trouble than I thought they would

All three games the Oilers played hard and could have won.

In the end they end up going 1 for 3 which I would have guessed would be the likely outcome.

Now they face three of the worst teams in the league. Let’s hope they play down to their level.

Seems unlikely, but you never know

I figure they'll go 2-3

Most likely.

If I had to guess I would say Chicago is the only team to beat them.

They seem to have that mental edge over them I think.

Montreal despite playing better recently has no chance and the Flyers are just garbage.

Funnily enough I was thinking the exact same thing

Chicago's a weird team that's done pretty poorly but has the talent to roll over you if you're not careful

And they've got Fluery, who even in his twilight years is a gamechanger

And 9.5 million dollar Seth Jones.

Gimme game.

Stars actually have a very tough schedule coming up now though.

Kings, Jets, Wild, Preds, Rangers, and Maple Leafs (lol).

Hopefully we can gain some ground there.

Yeah, that's a bit of a gauntlet for sure

I could see em going at least .500 though, unlike some of the other teams we often discuss they're built pretty solidly
