The only exception to this is where the attacking player is fouled by a defending player and, as a result, is unable to avoid contact with the goaltender. If that's the case, there have been plenty of goalie interference and the goal allowed. Particularly, with players running into the goalie. But ffs when they actually get minutes to replay it over and over themselves and STILL get it horribly wrong? Unforgivable. I have no idea what Shorty was talking about some other angle. Binnington actually pushed his skate into Garland's. And moved outside the crease. How in any way could that have been goalie interference? Lucky there's a silver lining to us losing.
