We could apply the same mentality to the Hronek deal - why wait 3-5 years for a player in the draft to help us when Ekblad could help us now? I don't agree with that style of thinking but it would be fun. Comments on the American broadcast about the Tkachuk brothers last night. Matthew and Brady raised in an affluent hockey family with every opportunity to mail in their hockey careers and cash cheques. Point made is that they don't do that. They are top flight competitors whether you like the antics or not. IMHO Florida is lucky to still be playing as Boston was all over them.
