      ^Agree. I felt he always had the players' best interests & future happiness at heart. That's what makes his choice of John Tortorella to coach his team all the more, surprising.

    The alcohol helped quite a bit after the 6th. At least Jose hit a dinger, I was happy to celebrate that with the fans around us before things turned for the worst!

    But he still managed to win it!! Had to turn it off after 14 to go to work so I just finished watching jays in 30. Pretty damn unreal pitching from both teams! Also going to the game tomorrow.. will be front row right behind the boy's dugout. So stoked for the series!!

    Great trade. Two useless players for a right hander that can also play 2B, and bat against leftys without a problem. Melky had a solid two run jack in the first today too! 2-0 top 2 against Boston.

    3 straight wins now! Stroman pitched an unreal game today. With Lind and Edwin expected back Monday, that'll really help keep them in the division / wild card race. Sanchez had an unreal debut as well yesterday with 6 up/down, the rookies are looking great for the team. Hoping to never see Rogers, Santos and Mills pitch for this team ever again as well. They're 0.5 games back of a spot, not sure why the bandwagon is near empty. Definitely not complaining.

    Bats are seriously needed, soon. Unfortunately, the injuries just continue to pile. Melky, JBats, Lind, Edwin, Lawrie, jesus the list goes on. That review was brutal too. I think if they would have gotten the call right they could have made an attempt to tie the game with JBats on 2nd and a little inning momentum. If they continue to be screwed on this I hope management makes a comment. I think the bottom half of the inning would have been different too, they would have played more conservative instead of risking the winning run / insurance.

    It may be that way with the last two series, but Cincy's missing all solid middle inning relief in the bullpen and you can probably expect every game to have at least 10+ runs as long as we're letting starters like Hendricks or Redmond pitch. They're both garbage
