People who site Burr's ot winner against the hawks obviously didn't catch the whole game. It wouldn't even have gone to ot if it weren't for a miscue on the Toews goal, and then the dumb penalty in the ot almost sealed it. Can we do without him? I'd say yes. But what is really astounding is how anyone could feel that way today. I could ALMOST (well not really) forgive clutch and the couple of idiots that agreed with him on the first few pages back in '08 when Alex was still relatively new to the team and not yet playing on the first line, but to downplay his clutchability even now 4 years later? Wow. Who would take him? At 2 million? He just scored his 25th. A top 6 forward that knows how to compliment elite players? Scores clutch goals.
