And those comments Yakupov made sounded so ironic after Russia-Slovakia today

- Russian intentionally cross checks a Slovak in the face resulting in a one game suspension

- Another Russian low bridges a Slovak Marchand style

I think there were a couple more but I can't remember.

Scott Harrington is a steal pick for Pittsburgh.

Pitt is stacked with d prospects:

Simon Depres(1st rounder)

Joe Morrow(1st rounder)

Derrick Pouliot(top 10)

Olli Maata(1st rounder)

Scott Harrington(2 time WJC-Top pairing D)

Brian Dumoulin(One of the top defenseman in the NCAA)

Wow.

Does anyone else feel TC is progressively getting worse year after year? Or at least standing pat. That or the competition is getting better. In previous years it was like: yeah, Canada's got this. And of course they went out and did it. But now, it's just like: I dunno, man, I just dunno if they can do it. And they've definitely struggled the past few years.

Anyway, if they're going to win that shiny medal at the end of all this, RNH is going to have to dominate as he should for he is a man amongst boys regarding his game -- technically and mentally.
