Xbox
It's probably Bill Sweatt. The decision to call him up was rather random.
gizmo2337
You obviously don't follow the Canucks much. Tanev, Corrado and Anderson are all going to be better.

HeatSikhing
Not a fan of this trade. Roy is a rental and MG just gave up our best D prospect and 2nd round pick. This years team is not going to win the Stanley Cup. This trade is not worth the price that was paid.
aGENT
Yeah, because you can find those everywhere and for cheap!
Legend Killer
Might as well trade D prospects not named corrado. They won't get a shot anyway

BertuzziJr 2.0
K-Conn wasn't really ever going to get a shot in Vancouver. I prefer Anderson and Corrado over him. This is a good move but have the potential to be a great move if Roy resigns
Edlerberry
He put up 81 points one year and has been a constant point getter, good for an average of 70ish points a season. He's at least a 2nd liner and not a "tweener"
laxgoalie
*In the East. I could put up 60 points in the East and I can barely stay up on skates
MoneypuckOverlord
I really liked Connautons's upside. he played his best the last 40 games or so. He really made a huge step in his development. With Frankie Corrado coming up, and with Price probably going to sign with us.... yea.... oh wells. Good trade though. Connauton is by no means our best D prospect. Corrado, Mcnally are lightyears ahead of him.
Noseforthenet
I like this, simply because of the fact that it's no longer going to limit the Luongo trade to needing a center. We could use him to get a RHD or something!
luongo_01
Good trade. If GMMG nets Clowe AND Raffi, the party begins.

sampy
Tanev is an NHL'er, not a prospect. None of our D prospects left are ready to step in the line-up this year or next year.
thad
Terrible trade! An undersized UFA, at the end of his contract, for our best D prospect and a 2nd in a deep draft? Total fail. We're not exactly deep on prospects, and we just gave up two more for a 2 month rental
