How about this one: https://www.whas11.com/article/sports/nhl/lightning/lightning-fan-struck-by-flying-hockey-puck-during-playoff-game/67-540083756

So a fan gets hit with a puck, is transported to hospital for evaluation, is thankful the puck did not hit one of her young sons and the family is quite upset they never received a phone call from the club sending " their condolences " to the family ?

The team called the family as per their team protocols which was next business day, and how is this lady even able to sue ? there is a disclaimer on the back of the tickets as well as audible and visible warnings to patrons when entering and in the arena regardless. Am I correct in assuming this stands no chance in court ?

The lady apparently was boasting about her injury on social media as well but seeked out legal representation and has since removed such posts lol.
