    I know this transition is gonna take a while, but Gillis's being adamant in regards to NTC's is frustrating.

      I bet MG himself has a ???? NTC.. the team has gone downhill since our cup run and it doesn't even seem like his job is on the line.

      Those NTCs aren't written in stone, and neither is his word about not asking a player with an NTC to waive. Players with NTCs will be moved in the next 6 months.
