yep Both Tanev and Markstrom deals are going to bite Calgary in the arse in fact you can already see the benefit they are providing already as they are doing poorly as well.

analysts predicted the Canucks may have a down year losing Markstrom is a huge loss Holtby given more time with Ian Clark will come around. I'm still convinced the Canucks will improve seems like players are still developing some chemistry with there lines.

Region locks prevent home games from being watched so far I have had no way to watch them even with NHL Gamecenter I watch what I can from Sportsnet and CBC

yeah also to note he had to quarantine for 7 days prior to playing in 1 practice. I agree though in a week or so he will have picked up his game.

I see a lot of analysts compare Tanev and Hamonic and although Tanev is a slightly better defender its not by much at least from what they say. I do agree though but I don't really see much comparison between Schmidt and Tanev as they are different types of defenders I see the puck being moved out of the zone more with Schmidt which means the Goalies are taking less shots and Vegas lit up the goalies to exhaustion in there series together during the playoffs.

yeah this never would have happened if it were not for the pandemic and flat cap this year but otherwise I hope we resign him when the season is done keep it short and not long term.

Hamonic = Tanev and Nate Schmidt = Stecher I would say the defence is definately upgrade. I liked Stecher and Tanev but adding someone who can move the puck out of the zone I think will help prevent the goalies taking 30-60 shots and getting tired out standing on there heads to steal games. Just my thoughts anyways.

wow I've always said if there is one thing that needs to be taught in high school is finance course just to give kids an idea of how to save money and invest.
