    So Quinn's already met the assists maximum, and will likely meet the points (currently 28) , PPG (currently 0.718), and TOI (currently 3rd highest D) maximums So whether he makes the all star game or not, he's likely to make the maximum bonuses anyway. In that case, I rescind my previous statement. and I now want Quinn to be there. But I don't want Makar there so that it'd be one more feather in Quinn's cap for Calder consideration

    Unpopular opinion. I don't want Hughes at the All star game. Give him time to rest. It also helps our cap situation if he doesn't make it since he doesn't get max ELC bonuses.

    We should just buy out Eriksson with 1 year left. It would only be 4 million in what would have been his last year (rather than 6 if we don't buy out), and 1 million the year after. only 1.5 more years of eriksson left till that buyout

    Hughes really is a rover, isn't he? From the point to going to the front of the net for a tip twice in the same PP, and ends up getting the assist from the point anyway.

    Congrats to Zack MacEwen tonight. Brings to mind his mother's account of his first NHL game. Very Burrows-esque Interesting that in his mom's blog she mentions that Zack's brother Kurtis couldn't be at that first game (in which he got his first NHL assist). Well, KURTIS WAS AT TONIGHT'S GAME TO SEE ZACK'S FIRST NHL GOAL! We should always have MacEwen family members in attendance!
