Queston for the guys: What do you think/how do you feel if a girl asks you out?
-
When it comes to asking someone out, a girl making the first move is the most attractive move she can make. No subtle hints and what not, just be direct but kind of playful (flirty) at the same time. I've felt honoured and super happy when she asks first. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter which gender asks who out; if you have feelings for that person, do it!

trades a second for pedan leaves him in minors even tho hes faster skater and mean and hits which d corp is missing asset management at its best wow!!!!
watch shinkaruk score 30 next yr for another bottom 6 center who cant win a faceoff careeer numbers 43% failll on epic portportions

Yeah Shinkaruk was performing well and has a much higher ceiling than Granlund. The only reason why Granlund got to play in the NHL sooner is because the Flames centre depth was weak prior to drafting Bennett. Now that they have Bennett, Granlund was expendable. But Shinkaruk could have been worth a lot more if he was given a fair shot. 1 game? Ridiculous.

This trade HAS to be a joke. Someone confirm or deny this fast. Nucks page via various social media reporting Granlund for Shinkurak
Wtf!!

"Granlund has good hockey sense, excellent playmaking abilities and sees the ice well. The skilled center is exceptional at running the power play but needs to improve his overall strength and skating to play at the NHL level. The younger brother of the Minnesota Wild's Mikael Granlund, he has emerged from his brother's shadows and has begun to establish himself as an effective offensive threat. His defensive game and positional play is improved but still needs refining and his size and strength is sometimes a disadvantage at the NHL level."

"Granlund is a smallish talented forward similar to his brother. excellent skills on the puck. Very good stickhandling. Appears phlegmatic, but plays with high confidence and poise. A very good playmaker with accurate passing. Needs to gain strength and get better defensively."

Not that I'm a fan of the trade, but it's not like it's bad asset management.

Who should we trade Demko for? Or Markstrom? One of them will be our #1 starter, the other will be trade bait. Who gets us the best return?
-
Although possible, I'm not interested in trading away a future franchise goalie again. Horvat is awesome, but if I could go back in time and undo that trade, I would. All of the other offers on the table were much better than NJ's, but they were all division rivals.
But if we had to trade one (maybe 3-5 years down the line), I think it'd be Markstrom. There's no way consecutive GMs trade the wrong franchise goalie again.
To answer your question: Demko gets us the best return. He's younger, faster, and arguably as good if not better than Cory Schneider.

canucks are 3 points out of 28th place...

Maybe management/owners legitimately think the fans want a playoff run? I mean, it's not like we've been that vocal at the games or anything about wanting to lose... Maybe we should start a chant for Matthews at the next home game? I mean we post on internet forums and such, not like anyone important is reading them lol

Everyone stoked. Top 5 pick coming...Benning drafts a Pavel Brendl
