I'd say done, can't really see any organization giving him another shot.

Minimum 4 year suspension if he is found guilty by CSAC in the end.  The state athletic commissions have reciprocity between each other.  Any domestic company couldn't take him even if they wanted to.

Really though! My exact quote when I heard the news. So much talent wasted. I used to love Jonny Bones when he first entered the UFC but he's just devolved into the biggest piece of trash. Hope the commish throws the book at him.

Jon Jones' downfall came when Dana White started having USADA do the drug testing instead of a commercial company like Quest.

USADA doesn't play games or mess around.  If you don't cycle your designer steroids and accompanying drugs perfectly, they will get you.

Do you think he's been dirty from the get go?

Probably not at the beginning.  Those designer PEDs aren't cheap.  You also have to have somebody in your corner who knows how to take you through your cycles perfectly in order to not get caught.

I think he's been at it for years though.  There's a story that when USADA first started testing UFC fighters, Jones had to hide under the octagon at his gym for over 8 hours to avoid getting busted.  When USADA caught wind of that little nugget, they were so angry they wanted to come back and test the water drain under the octagon in an effort to test for any traces of urine in case Jones had urinated in it while he was hiding.  Of course by then it was too late, any possible sample proving that he was under there would have been washed away when the floor was mopped.

Didn't Wanderlei do something like that? Or he avoided going to his own gym for like a week to dodge testing. That's wild.

Yep.  A few years ago.  He only just recently came off of a suspension for it.

Any over seas fight league would still gladly take him and a let him take all the Mexican supplements he wants.

Not even sure Rizin would take him at this point.  Now that he keeps popping up positive on these tests, nobody is even going to want to fight him.  He really better hope that his "B" sample comes up clean.  Then he'll get off on a technicality and be able to still fight in the UFC.  He's forever tarnished though no matter what happens with the second sample.

Everyone knows Brock Lesnar been on the juice since his NFL tryout and still WWE days. UFC may not be able to host this event, but amother organization may be willing to set up a Jones v Lesnar in another country.

You are mistaken.  The NSAC reduced that suspension to 3 years last year which made him eligible to fight Chael Sonnen this past June in Bellator.

Had he still been suspended in Nevada, he couldn't fight anywhere in the US.  Once you're suspended, you have 2 options, Indian casinos on Indian land and overseas fighting.  No worthwhile promotion will take you anyways for fear of angering all of the US athletic commissions.  The only one possible would be Rizin in Japan.  I don't think Jones has that option though because the other fighters there would mostly refuse to fight him.

I guess they have to hope Conor is money hungry for a few more years

They won't be able to match the money he'll make in boxing if he has a good showing against Mayweather.  They'll have to hope his ego wins out over his want for money.  Dana White said in his presser yesterday that he realizes that Conor will be due for a raise in pay if/when he comes back.  That's the first time that I've heard him happily say that about a fighter that's still under contract for multiple fights.

I don't know if this is possible, but if it is, I wouldn't be surprised to see McGregor establish himself as his own organization where he 'crosses over' into the UFC. He's not on the UFC roster, he's not on a UFC contract, but like how headliners sometimes get points on a PPV card, earnings from a given event are split between McGregor and the UFC.
