clam linguine
Burrows is the greatest Canuck of all time. A combination of guts, skill, desire and nerve which is unmatched. It is my honest opinion. I have been watching since Barry scored that first goal. I want to be on the record with this statement. Enjoy your remaining time Alex and thanks for your efforts! Positive Canuck
Burr looks slow out there, a half step behind. the end is nigh.
RUPERTKBD
This thread.... do we really need it anymore? The troll won. He got buttloads of attention and became famous on CDC with this thread. Good job guys. You let clutch win. I guess it depends on your definition of "winning",,, You can be famous for shooting yourself in the foot, but it's not really something that anyone wants to be remembered for. Nuxfanabroad
^Someone suggesting he's lost a step...Burrows kicks it in mid-season, when most regulars start to sag, he somehow gets wind in his sails. Just hope he stays healthy. Watch for him to put the team on his back, some time in Dec/Jan.Always think of his unlikely breakthrough(ECHL hockey down in the Bayou, landscapin' & scrapin' by)..we can all live vicariously through hearing/seeing such an experience. He's like any regular guy who miraculously hits the jackpot.
StraightFlush
Yes. Burrows has bled, fought hard to be a part of, and made what this team is. Retire a 'nucks Mr burrows. You've earned your place in the ring, or will.

Nuxfanabroad
Checked out Reincarnation.com(lotsa real good info), & apparently Clutch, in his former life, was a 1940's Michigan sports writer. In 1947, he offered up this headline in The Detroit Daily. Singling out for criticism some shy, overgrown, prairie boy:"Gordie Howe, Do We Really Need Him?"
