The beginning and ending sequences of Casino Royale are probably the best two scenes in the history of James Bond. But I haven't been impressed with the rest of Craig's Bond.

It's gotta be Connery. Although, I really, really enjoyed Dalton's The Living Daylights.

Craig, but thats probably because I prefer the more serious tone of his movies. Nothing particularly wrong with sharks with freakin' lazerbeams attached to their freaking heads, but I do prefer the ones that take themselves somewhat seriously.

After seeing most of the movies, I do think Timothy Dalton is a bit under-rated.

Not quite as gritty as Daniel Craig, not quite as Mr. Perfect like Pierce Brosnan, not too campy like Roger Moore, or even as suave like Sean Connery.... but overall easier to relate to.

Motivated by revenge, doing whatever it takes.... perhaps the most "realistic".

Goldeneye was probably my favourite and most memorable. It has to deserve some credit. Liked the non-poker related parts of Casino Royale. Connery was a bad ass though. Bronsan was just too.. ridiculous. The movies got super cheesey after and he was almost the sole reason. That being said, Daniel Craig makes it cool because he's so distant. More like a mercenary. Guess people that watched the originals have a point where he's 'too perfect seeming', but I'm pretty sure back in the day Sean Connery was probably the same.

I started watching Bond during the Moore era, but I way prefer Craig.

I think Dalton gets overlooked because he was only in a couple of films, but he would be my runner-up. I like the more serious portrayal of Bond, rather than the goofy version that Moore and Brosnan became.
